Updated Terms and Conditions (September 2023)
(1) Following on from the prize draw on 24 July 2023, a second prize competition will be held.
(2) Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the second prize competition.
(3) Participants who were entered into the first prize competition will be eligible if they complete the 6 month and 12 month follow-up.
(4) New participants (who were not entered into the first prize competition) will be eligible if they complete the 2 week follow-up.
(5) There is one prize comprised of a $500 AUD commercial gift card (or equivalent value in local currency for non-Australian residents).
(6) Employees of Cabrini Health Limited or Monash University, and their family members, are not eligible to enter the competition.
(7) Entries open at 08:00am AEST 25 July 2023 and must be submitted by 11.55pm AEST 23 July 2024.
(8) Only one entry per person.
(9) The prize draw will occur at 553 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria using an electronic random number generator at 12.00pm AEST 24 July 2024.
(10) The winner will be notified by email, phone and published on www.decidestudy.com.
(11) The prize must be claimed within 3 months of the draw. If unclaimed after 3 months, a re-draw will occur.
